The fight for Freedom continues!

We took a road trip, with arrest warrant hanging over my head, to take the edge off.  At somepoint, that warrant was recalled, exactly when I don't know.  Settled in after our return on May 16, 2011 to await more action from the Kangarro Court the dishonorable Maria Ramirez presiding.  And it arrived yesterday, by registered mail. The complaint states that, "no certificate of occupancy; unlawful storage of motor and recreational vehicles."  Court is set for June 16, 2011 at 3:15 PM.  I don't own any real property.  I do not have control, use of, care of any real estate..  My crime is that I by chance ran into a bumbling moron of a code compliance inspector, informed him that my mother has a problem retired El Paso police officer living accross the street neighbor, whose living circumstances are the same as my mother's, a old mixed use commerical and residential property.  That man has nothing better to do, than to sit at his window and call everyone/agency he can think of, code compliance of course responds to his every call and complaint. I will share one example, my mother's property is just a few feet away on a sidestreet, from a busy, major traffic arterey, on a Friday afternoon as I was walking from my mother's house, to the house I live in, next door, I saw a pidgeon in the middle of the street.  As I walked an old pickup truck came flying off  what is highway 80, and killed the pidgeon before it had a chance to take off.  I thought to myself, poor pidgeon.  Well, the neighbor took the opportunity to call animal control and the police department to state that I had shot the pidgeon!  Animal control the police deparment responded in numbers to investigate.  This is just one of so many incredible incidents.  Since that first chance encounter mid-March 2010, with this particular inspector, he has cited me for a number alledged crimes.  I have discovered that he is at least acquianted with the retired police officer neighbor, beyond this I can't say if they are drinking buddies, relatives or lovers. Citations that included, a HLTH-EQUIP?SANITIZNG, violation that turned into an arrest warrant because the court did not notify an attorney I hired to represent me, nor did they notify me.  That warrant appears to have been recalled as the result of the efforts of another attorney.  However, yesterday I have received six new equally ridiculous citations in the mail, I first thought these were notices for court dates on pending citiations, no they are new citations.  I will continue to keep everyone informed, please do the same, this has to stop!  I can't take any action against this idiot code compliance inspector until all of this is resolved.  I have every intention of doing so, by all this is right, holy and true at the very first opportunity.
